I know this question must be posted a thousand times but i need a specific site. I want to put a picture (that i found on the internet) onto the background of my myspace. I want it to cover the entire page (including my about me sections and all that stuff.) i also want it to stretch across the entire page (as in no blank spaces on the sides or anything) it would also be cool if it was a generator so i could put like cursors and stuff on it but that's not necessary. thanx

your friend id is a number in the url. when you click 'EDIT PROFILE' then click 'VIEW PROFILE' look at the url link and in the url it will say "somethingsomethingfriendid=_______"

Basically,I'm super bored with all of the default layouts that i find on layout websites.

I can NEVER find exactly what I want.

I'm good with HTML,but I have yet to master the skill of creating my own layout.

With Arial font.

No cluttery pictures as the background...no stripes or polka dots..

alright, so i have a scrollbox on my myspace. well atleast i try to. it isn't my layout because i've tried changing that. i'll put all the stuff in my scrollbox and i'll copy the code over and it'll be all fine, but then when i go onto my profile nothing is there. i've tried using multiple websites for the generators but still no budge. pleaseeeeeee help. first answer gets best answer!

Does anyone know of any good sites that teach you how to do the HTML for Myspace layouts? I don't mean the generators. I mean an actual step by step guide teaching me how to do it myself. Or, If you have any REALLY good sites with layouts for myspace, please link me to them! I don't want the crappy layout sites. I mean sites like createblog.com. They have GREAT layouts. I need to do something on my myspace. There's someone used to do it on my page but i redo it all again and i lost it, and now i dont talk to him anymore. But i really wanna do these. I wanna put an image in my contact table and i searched the internet and found out a website helped doing it, but when i put my image on there's no text on, i fixed something in the code and finally theres text on but the text is too dark on the image its can hardly be seen. I wanna know is there any other generators choosing the text font and the symbols before it. And i wanna put an image on my extended network bar, that guy used to put a full image to it but i can just put the image the size of that bar. I don't know how to do 3 but I know how to do 4. All you have to do is add the x-men last stand to your profile and once you do that go to change my top friends and in the top left hand there will be a little tab that you can pull down and it will change to top 4 all the way through 24. 02.) Use a six-digit color code for background color, unless you want just red,black,orange, or regular "named" colors (in which you just write the colors name).

You can get the layout code by viewing the source but that wont do no good because you will get the exact same layout and you wont be able to edit it. They have some graphics in there that you wont be able to edit using plain HTML, unless you just want the exact layout with the graphics, then just get the code from source code. :)

You need to contact crobar to see if they will loan you part of their text for you myspace page. This is an avatar created souly by crobar and they have the rights to it. Now some of the layouts like pimpmyspace.com have the similar backround but not the layout. So you might have to search a few of the different generated sites to get all the info but I agree I want that comment box they have on theirs. Just as you got into that site, just randomly click on other myspace people to get their links to different site generators.

How can they expect people to continue to rely on the site if they cannot keep it up consistently and it is constantly messing up? Power outage? Haven't they ever heard of generators and a backup UPS? What about multiple datacenters and mirroring capability? Geez Myspace, it almost appears as if you don't really care about Quality of Service. You will have to create a "home" and "view pictures" button and upload it to PhotoBucket or Tinypic by using Microsoft Paint or another editing program. Now use the "direct URL" of the picture and paste it in HERE.

they gave me the code and it worked. The only problem is that after the 1st song ends, the player stops and doesn't move down to the next songs. I have to choose the song I wanna listen to next.

that embed is way overkill, and you have explicitly disallowed scriptaccess! each plugin has it's own API for doing things like next song, random stuff... flash is no exception! You need more code (javascript) search the net for "flash mp3 API" or "flash mp3 javascript"

Whenever you want to add or change something on your page, go to your "edit Profile" . When you find a layout you like, copy the "HTML" code and paste it to your "about Me" section or if you want to add a pic of anything, if it already has the code, just copy and paste it in the section you want. If you don't have a code for something you can go to photobucket.com and upload the pic and it will give you the "html" code for it. Always remember to "save all changes: after you add or delete anything from your profile. You will get the hang of it in no time, have fun with it.

See your picture .. is it linked? Like did you already put it on myspace as your real picture? Okay .. well . .here's what you do . if you have interenet explorer . go to the picture .. right click on it, click properties, and then copy the Address URL. Okay .. then when you go out a layout generator. Put that link as your background IMAGE.

If you have firefox or netscape or any other kind .. right click the picture you want to be your background, click view image .. and on teh bar, copy THAT LINK to your layout generator (where you edit your layout) as your BACKGROUND image.

Hi, if you have the picture already on your computer, you can go to imageshack.us (or any free image host I just find this the easiest and convenient), Click the 'Browse..' button and find the picture you want as a background, next click the 'host it!' button and wait for it to upload.

While it uploads, you need a CSS background code, w3schools have awesome codes here:

Okay. I really want to make a myspace layout with a specific picture. I use allot of codes to hide things such as blogs, contact tables, comments, and additional details. I don't like leaving the credits on but I do. I have specific details for the layout . But thats nothing. i dont know what u mean by making a layout out of it but if what ur trying to do is put the imag somewhere on ur profile use this code %26lt;a%26gt;%26lt;img src="image url here"%26gt;%26lt;/a%26gt;...put the code where ever u want the image like in ur about me. interest or what ever......i hope this helps....
