To use the default layout just remove any codes you currently have. Voila! Just like new!

Creating a MySpace layout is NOT easy, there is no "simple code" for making one. Myspace is a horribly designed website with extreme limitations for making new layouts. Working around those limits requires a lot of patience and CSS knowledge. It's by far easier to use a premade one.
